CSD Brass typically presents two concerts a year, one in the autumn and one in the spring. These concerts are a chance for the band to present the varied and exciting repertoire for brass band, in particular original works by major composers such as Vaughan Williams and Holst as well as works by living composers such as the band’s Honorary President Rodney Newton. We also aim to feature a concerto soloist in each programme.
